GLAM University, also known as GLAM U, is the Dean’s List of next-generation, culture-shifting young women in beauty, fashion, and wellness. We exist to equip women in college with the knowledge, connections, and experiences that prepare them to lead, and redefine the industries they love.

A proud extension of House of GLAM, GLAM University continues the mission of empowering women to embrace authenticity, creativity, and community. We exist to equip college-aged women with the tools, mentorship, and real-world experiences to build bold ideas, tell meaningful stories, and lead with style and substance. Through curated events, hands-on mentorship, and a powerful sisterhood, we’re creating space for women to become confident, creative disruptors who are ready to graduate into positions of influence and impact. Thus learning to find their voice, amplify it, monetize it, and leave a legacy.
