Legacy

The GLAM University Letters of Legacy Mentorship Program connects college women with inspiring mentors in beauty, fashion, wellness, business, and creative leadership. Our mission is to create meaningful, lasting relationships that empower the next generation of women to lead with confidence, purpose, and style.

Guiding the Next Generation

Each mentor will be paired with one mentee based on shared interests, career goals, and personal values. We encourage a free-flowing mentorship style, allowing mentors and mentees to connect on their own schedules — whether through virtual check-ins, phone calls, or in-person meetups. This program is designed to fit naturally into the lives of mentors while making a lasting impact on mentees.

Mentoring Program Benefits

Participate in virtual or in-person meetings, on your own terms and at your own pace, throughout the Spring '26 semester.

Mentors will set a cadence of meeting, whether it be once per month, bi-weekly, or once per week, in order to stay on track with the mentee's goals.

Mentors and mentees will work collectively to set clear goals for the program.

Discuss academics, personal goals, self-care, business ideas, and everything in between, based on the mentees desires.

Mentors will meet once per month with the GLAM University team to discuss progress, goals, and achievements amongst their mentees.

Mentor Expectations:

Commit to mentoring for one academic semester
Schedule at least one meaningful touchpoint per month with your mentee (virtual or in person)
Attend the Kickoff Social and End-of-Program Mixer
Be open, encouraging, and genuine — this is less about formality and more about connection, conversation, and community
